8 Week Stress Management Meditation Package
I offer weekly meditation sessions, ranging from 45-60 minutes to day-long retreats.
Meditation programs are most effective when provided for 8-weeks at a time, so The Meditation Package is designed with this in mind. Single sessions are an option for those curious to be introduced to the meditation process. The meditation offered is not affiliated with any specific religion, but is supportive of any individual's cultural background. It is primarily based on a mindfulness approach.
Eight-week session: Eight 45-60 minute sessions of guided meditation instruction, provided once per week. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.
Corporate 8 Week = 2 month sigh-up:
For onsite classes at your workplace for monthly (4) classes
for 45-60 minutes:
Up to 15 students P3,900 plus P260 per person thereafter per month (P65)
40 students P8,800 plus P220 per person thereafter per month (P55)
65 students P11,700 plus P180 per person thereafter per month (P45)
For small and large private group classes booked monthly, the same rates apply as above.
Half Day Stress Management Workshop
Half day Stress Management Package : 8am - 1pm
My stress management workshop covers strategies useful in managing and reducing stress. This program addresses both stress in the workplace and in personal life, as research shows one affects the other. I cover and identify sources of stress, quick stress reducers to use to manage stressful situations and time management. This program explores causes of stress, reactions to stress as well as the health effects of stress and benefits of stress reduction. I teach you relaxation techniques, long-term stress reduction techniques and give you a booklet to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Each student will receive a handbook on Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques.

My stress management meditation workshop covers strategies useful in managing and reducing stress through the Art of Meditation. You will learn the Art of Meditation through this complete 2 day course to focus on applying self-reflection to bring harmony and balance to yourself and the world you live in. My workshop assists you in reducing stress, anxiety and improves focus, memory and well being.
Each student will receive a handbook on the Art of Meditation together with a powerful meditation to practice at home.
