Mindfulness Meditation is a way of paying attention that originated in meditation practices.

 

It is paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. It is about bringing one's complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis.  It is about learning to go with the flow of life during your day.

Mindfulness is something we all naturally possess and practicing it on a daily basis allows our minds to develop a positive mental state throughout our day.

In today's hectic and chaotic world, being aware of your own actions, as well as your interactions with others, is something that will get you far in life, both personally and in the workplace.

Meditation can help you to increase your ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

and your daily life.

8 Week Meditation Session

I offer weekly meditation sessions, ranging from 45-minutes to day-long retreats.

 

Meditation programs are most effective when provided for 8-weeks at a time, so The Meditation Package is designed with this in mind. Single sessions are an option for those curious to be introduced to the meditation process. The meditation offered is not affiliated with any specific religion, but is supportive of any individual's cultural background. It is primarily based on a mindfulness approach.

Eight-week session: Eight 45-minute sessions of guided meditation instruction, provided once per week. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. 

Expected outcome: This program is designed on the basis of extensive research showing the benefits of meditation for occupational wellness and productivity. 

 

Corporate and Conference Prices:

For onsite classes at your workplace for classes 60 minutes:

Up to 15 students                                      P1,250 plus P75 per person thereafter

40 students                                                P3,000 plus P65 per person thereafter

65 students                                                P4,225 plus P55 per person thereafter

For small and large private group classes booked at events, the same rates apply as above.

 

Corporate Monthly Prices for 3 month sigh-up:

Introduction to Stress Reduction through Meditation - Workshop

     

A good place to start if you are wanting to establish a regular practice of meditation.​

     

This course gives you an overview of why, when, where and how to meditate.  It is an introduction and foundation to maintaining a regular practice. 

Half day course:   9am-1pm

Individuals:

P1,250 - morning tea provided

Corporate Prices:

Up to 10 students - P6,200 plus P600 per person thereafter

20 students: P12,000 plus P580 per person thereafter

30 students - P17,400 plus P560 per person thereafter

2nd Course:

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through Meditation - Workshop

 

     A comprehensive understanding of mindfulness - how to train your mind and reduce your stress.

     

The art of mindfulness lies in your breathe.  This course teaches you the four foundations and seven factors of mindfulness; it trains your mind to anchor to your breath and gives attentiveness and alertness to every moment. 

 

Day Course: 9am-3.30pm

Individuals:

P1,400 - morning tea and light vegetarian lunch 

Corporate Prices:

Up to 10 students - P14,00 plus P1,300 per person thereafter

Up to 20 students: P26,000 plus P1,200 per person thereafter

Up to 30 students - P36,000 plus P1,100 per person thereafter

3rd Course: Understanding the Mind to Reduce Stress -Workshop

     Our mental attitude is a critical factor in determining our experience of joy, happiness and good health. 

     It is extremely difficult for someone whose mental state is restless to be calm or joyful even when they are surrounded by the best facilities and the best of friends.

     This indicates that our mental attitude is a critical factor in determining our experience of joy, happiness and good health.

 

Day Course: 9am-3.30pm
