My traditional Tibetan meditation courses are based on Mindfulness and Understanding the Mind structured on Metta Bhavana – ‘loving-kindness’.  My courses help students to increase their ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

Meditation is a dedication to internal alchemy.   An ancient text on internal alchemy states: “shut off the three external treasures of hearing, sight and speech in order to cultivate the three internal treasures of essence, energy and spirit”.  The fact of the matter is that no words exist to accurately describe what happens during the ‘internal alchemy’ of deep meditation, which opens up realms of consciousness that lie far beyond the grasp of words and rational thought.

I am a Buddhist Master and Yogi and have been in health and wellness for 21 years.  As a Master I place great emphasis on training the mind.

My meditation classes teach students to settle down, learn how to work with their mind and learn to be more present.

As a Buddhist Master I place great emphasis on the mind - “If the mind is not contrived, it is spontaneously blissful, just as water, when not agitated, is by nature transparent and clear”.  Essence and energy, body and breath, are indivisible: when the body does not move, essence cannot flow; when essence cannot flow, energy becomes stagnant.

Master your Mind

The Lineage courses below are intense 2 day courses dedicated to students who are serious about undertaking and integrating meditation into their daily lives.

Lineage: Tibetan Buddhism

Meditation is a kind of discipline, a way of meeting ourselves personally.  It teaches you to settle down, learn how to work with your mind and learn to be more present.  The practice of meditation develops both mind and heart.  It is a powerful introduction to bring harmony and balance to yourself and the world you live in.  Through repeated acquaintance with meditation you learn to strengthen your mind and deepen your understanding of yourself.

Meditation is an uncovering process.  It cuts down the chaos that arises from ego’s mentality. Ego yearns for pleasure and as a result dwells on pain.  We try to ward off pain however by doing so and yearning for pleasure, pain gets a lot of attention.  Meditation gets you to work on the discipline of relating to yourself, to pain, to impermanence and to stillness.  Through this process you begin a foundation of search, you discover that potential is one of the fundamental characteristics within us all and you start to gain a deeper sense of understanding yourself.

My Meditation Course is the foundation of essence, energy, spirit and self-discovery.  Each course is not a confirmation of mental flexibility, energy cultivation or release, if it were it would be extraordinarily boring.  Each course uncovers a fraction of your fundamental potential – one quarter of your potential – one hundredth of your potential – which allows you to seek further.  It uncovers a self-secret - the secret of the true nature of self - to find the ‘precious pearl of original spirit’ that resides deep inside the core of your being. That seems to be the point.

Integration:  This is the most difficult aspect.  Every attempt is made to bring together the compassion generated through your own self awareness and the wisdom developed by the practice of meditation.  Applying what you have practiced every moment of the day is difficult.

Private Only:  Each of these courses is offered only on a private one-on-one basis.

Meditation Course Stage V -  Master Level

This level is the Master or Teacher.  A person who has at least begun to walk the path of compassion and wisdom.  What this means is that this person who has chosen to enter deeper into the realm of universal energy must develop compassion for oneself and others during one's training, practice and experience of the universal energy.  One must also have developed to a certain extent the deeper insight into one's own mind which leads to certain level of wisdom.

This is a serious step along the path to personal and spiritual development.  This is the first significant step towards enlightenment.

In Buddhism, this is the path of the Bodhisattva, a being dedicated to helping others enter the path of enlightenment.  The path of a Master begins with a gift.  This gift is the information contained in the "Master Symbol".

It is a great responsibility because one has decided to teach others the Metta-Bhavana Way; the path of compassion and wisdom.  It is a lifetime commitment to one's students because the teacher must be available to the student in times of need.

It is, therefore, the personal responsibility of the Master to integrate compassion and wisdom through meditation into his/her life from the first day of being initiated as a Master.

This is the highest level and a vow to teach is taken by yourself.
