Meditation Course Stage V -  Master Level

This level is the Master or Teacher.  A person who has at least begun to walk the path of compassion and wisdom.  What this means is that this person who has chosen to enter deeper into the realm of universal energy must develop compassion for oneself and others during one's training, practice and experience of the universal energy.  One must also have developed to a certain extent the deeper insight into one's own mind which leads to certain level of wisdom.

This is a serious step along the path to personal and spiritual development.  This is the first significant step towards enlightenment.

In Buddhism, this is the path of the Bodhisattva, a being dedicated to helping others enter the path of enlightenment.  The path of a Master begins with a gift.  This gift is the information contained in the "Master Symbol".

It is a great responsibility because one has decided to teach others the Metta-Bhavana Way; the path of compassion and wisdom.  It is a lifetime commitment to one's students because the teacher must be available to the student in times of need.

It is, therefore, the personal responsibility of the Master to integrate compassion and wisdom through meditation into his/her life from the first day of being initiated as a Master.

This is the highest level and a vow to teach is taken by yourself.
